Thousands of students and other users were unable to access several government online services this afternoon after the government’s e-ID system suffered an outage.Websites relying on e-ID login, including the MATSEC portal, MyHealth and the Planning Authority, were all affected, with users receiving error messages when attempting to log in.The disruption comes on the same day MATSEC began releasing SEC and Matriculation examination results, leaving many students unable to access the online portal to check their grades.Several students and parents reported encountering technical issues, with some saying the portal failed to load altogether.Despite the outage affecting the online portal, students are understood to still be receiving their examination results by SMS.Were you affected by today’s e-ID outage?•
