A Bengaluru man who owns a Mercedes-Benz failed to get a divorce from his wife after the Karnataka High Court found that photographs from social media showed him with another woman and a child allegedly born from that relationship. The court also dismissed his challenge to a Rs 20,000 monthly maintenance order, noting that a man who could afford a Mercedes had no business calling the amount excessive.
