Several organizations have partnered to enhance hospitality workforce development in the islands. This initiative aims to improve employability and service standards for local youth. A skill development program will certify and upskill 250 hospitality personnel across key locations. Tata Strive will manage training delivery and certification while IHCL offers industry expertise. This collaboration supports the tourism sector's growth and creates sustainable livelihood opportunities.
