A witness to the ICE-involved shooting in Maine on Monday completely obliterated the anti-ICE narrative being pushed by Democrats and the left-wing media by confirming the Department of Homeland Security’s account of the incident.  26-year-old Joan Sebastian Guerrero of Colombia attempted to run over ICE agents during a targeted enforcement operation on Monday morning, and he was fatally shot, The Gateway Pundit reported. The Department of Homeland Security said in a statement, “ICE was conducting targeted surveillance on the last known address of an illegal alien with a final order of removal. An illegal alien departed the residence in a vehicle.”“ICE law enforcement attempted to conduct a vehicle stop. The vehicle attempted to flee the scene and fearing for public safety an officer discharged his weapon,” the statement continued. While the left claims that the driver was an innocent shot by masked, unidentified men in unmarked vehicles and not the intended target of the ICE operations, 18-year-old Lucas Scott, a resident of Wells, Maine, told the Press Herald on Monday, the exact same story that DHS gave.Even if Guerrero wasn’t the original target of the operation, it’s the same story every time: If someone attempts to ram an ICE agent with their vehicle, they will likely be shot at.Driving at the nearby intersection, Scott said, “You could see flashing blue lights” on the unmarked cars, and he “assumed they were ICE.”He added, “And then you could see them with their green vests and stuff, and it said police, ICE.”“I heard yelling… So I looked, and I was watching,” Scott continued. “The ICE agent was yelling and drew his weapon, and he kept yelling and yelling and warning the person driving, which is when the car was put into drive and was trying to hit the ICE officer, and he fired, I would say, probably four shots at him.”WATCH:!function(r,u,m,b,l,e){r._Rumble=b,r[b]||(r[b]=function(){(r[b]._=r[b]._||[]).push(arguments);if(r[b]._.length==1){l=u.createElement(m),e=u.getElementsByTagName(m)[0],l.async=1,l.src="https://rumble.com/embedJS/u2vbt6g"+(arguments[1].video?'.'+arguments[1].video:'')+"/?url="+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+"&args="+encodeURIComponent(JSON.stringify([].slice.apply(arguments))),e.parentNode.insertBefore(l,e)}})}(window, document, "script", "Rumble");Rumble("play", {"video":"v7aj640","div":"rumble_v7aj640"});Additional video from the scene, following the shooting, appears to show ICE agents running alongside the car after the shooting. “you could see the car like rolling down the street afterwards,” Lucas Scott noted.WATCH:!function(r,u,m,b,l,e){r._Rumble=b,r[b]||(r[b]=function(){(r[b]._=r[b]._||[]).push(arguments);if(r[b]._.length==1){l=u.createElement(m),e=u.getElementsByTagName(m)[0],l.async=1,l.src="https://rumble.com/embedJS/u2vbt6g"+(arguments[1].video?'.'+arguments[1].video:'')+"/?url="+encodeURIComponent(location.href)+"&args="+encodeURIComponent(JSON.stringify([].slice.apply(arguments))),e.parentNode.insertBefore(l,e)}})}(window, document, "script", "Rumble");Rumble("play", {"video":"v7aj6uk","div":"rumble_v7aj6uk"});The post WATCH: Maine ICE Shooting Witness Confirms Agents Issued Several Warnings Before “Car Was Put into Drive and Was Trying to Hit the ICE Officer” appeared first on The Gateway Pundit.
