I expected a bigger reaction to the NY moratorium yesterday, big tech can buy all the memory chips it wants but they're not gonna be able to build data centers if localities won't let them. Backlash building up against data centers due to high water and electricity usage while creating very few local permanent jobs, there's now a NIMBY mentality towards them. I'm short on silver, not SMH. Too volatile for me.
