The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation will host Cocktails for Aftercare at the Adelphi Hotel in downtown Saratoga Aug. 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.During the evening, guests will learn about how TRF is providing dignified lifetime care for more than 350 retired racehorses while creating second chances for people through its Second Chances Program, which allows retired Thoroughbreds to become teachers and helpers to incarcerated individuals.General Admission tickets are $100 and include one signature cocktail and an assortment of hors d'oeuvres. A limited number of VIP Tickets are available.
