I mean... yeah. I didn't read it as they would expect it to be a surprise, rather a detail you would work out with someone who was interested. It's clearly not a fully planned arrangement yet but I doubt the intention is for someone to surprise folks upon delivery with an undisclosed fee. Just that the store wouldn't be the one paying them.
