V Somanna, the Minister of State, celebrated the inauguration of a new MEMU train service that connects the towns of Arasikere and Yelahanka. His itinerary also included an inspection of a Road Over Bridge currently being built in Tumakuru city. Furthermore, Somanna laid the cornerstone for a Foot Over Bridge close to Tiptur Government Degree College and engaged in various developmental ceremonies at Tumakuru University.
