Uber is reportedly in advanced acquisition talks with Delivery Hero. An agreement could be reached as soon as this week. The deal would likely value Delivery Hero significantly higher than its current price. Uber previously offered Delivery Hero thirty-three euros per share. Uber has also increased its stake in the German company.
