Hero MotoCorp announced a Rs 1,000 crore investment in Ather Energy. This investment will be made through a preferential allotment, deepening Hero's commitment. The company currently holds a substantial stake in the electric two-wheeler manufacturer. Ather Energy designs, manufactures, and sells electric two-wheelers and related services. This transaction is expected to be completed within fifteen days of receiving necessary approvals.
