ACME Solar secured significant project financing from REC Limited for a new power facility. This project will combine solar generation with battery storage for assured peak power delivery. The facility is designed to meet supply obligations with greater predictability for grid operators. Electricity generated will be sold to SJVN Limited under a long-term power purchase agreement. ACME Solar Holdings has a substantial portfolio of renewable energy projects under development.
