We regret it and, of course, understand it.“The regulations are very clear, and in our view, they were not fully followed in this case.Kamara joined QPR on loan this summer from French side RennesGetty“FIFA will definitely be informed. The player has not been available for the entire international window, as the regulations say he should be.“After that, it’s up to FIFA how they proceed with that matter.”QPR boss Julien Stephan confirmed that the club are in dialogue with the Finnish FA over the situation.“There is dialogue between the club and Finland federation which I am not involved in,” Stephan said this week.“I will know in two or three days what the exact situation is with Glen for Friday’s game.”Kamara has started three of QPR’s eight Championships games this season while coming off the bench on four occasions.Stephan says he doesn’t yet know whether he can call on Kamara for Friday’s trip to West HamGettyThe 30-year-old, who has clocked up 72 caps for Finland, was an unused substitute in the first of his country’s Nations League fixtures – a 7-0 win against San Marino. He played 45 minutes in each of the subsequent matches which saw Finland draw 0-0 with Belarus before edging past Albania 2-1.
