I've been tracking the best deals on home gym equipment, always keeping an eye on adjustable dumbbells. Adjustable dumbbells are a favorite category of mine because they let you go from five-pound to 50-pound weights (or more!) without needing multiple shelves of equipment. Where individual pairs of dumbbells from five to 80 pounds in five-pound increments would cost well over $1,500 (and take up your entire home gym), adjustable dumbbells condense an entire weight rack into a compact, versatile system. After all, your best strategy for home gym shopping when you don't have a ton of room to work with is to focus on versatility and efficient use of space.
