India’s sunflower oil imports fell 36% in September to their lowest level in more than four years as the Ukraine war disrupted Black Sea shipments, pushing refiners towards palm oil. Palm oil imports climbed to a seven-month high of 810,000 tonnes as buyers also built stocks ahead of the festive season.
