Quick update on my Middle Triassic Luoping Biota project: I just pushed a live browser demo you can test directly without installing anything. The clip shows the sandbox setup running right now. You can freely navigate the reef, adjust underwater lighting and caustics, and stage the habitat yourself. The current video scene has 79 individual fish swimming across 5 distinct Middle Triassic species, and you can drop in new models on the fly—like adding a Mixosaurus into the water column to see the predator scale against the smaller fish. I've also linked the real fossil specimens and academic references behind each model on the main site.
