Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed Swiss President Guy Parmelin for talks to enhance bilateral relations. Discussions focused on trade, investment, mobility, and critical technologies between the two countries. Parmelin's visit included a ceremonial reception followed by tributes at Rajghat. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar also met with Parmelin to discuss strengthening the India-Switzerland partnership. An official banquet will be hosted by President Droupadi Murmu in honor of Parmelin.
