I did 2 mock interviews with my university. I felt so prepared. Practiced tons of behavioral questions. They weren't asked. I was asked what literature I've read about working in this type of unit... I told them I've read articles about what nurses say about the unit and the hard parts about it. They gave me 2 resources to look up. I just don't feel like the interviewers were impressed at all ðŸ˜. And they have 6 more interviews for this unit this week. They said I should get an email by the end of the week. I stayed confident and responsive during the interview, but after, I'm just feeling like they're going to find a better candidate. Thoughts?
