Trying to understand something concrete instead of guessing. If you use Cursor Agent Mode, Claude Code, or similar, what's your actual process the moment after an agent merges something on its own? Not asking for the "best practice" answer, asking what you actually did last time it happened. Did you review it? Wait for something to break?
