I’m a school nurse in Texas, and this is my first time working in a school setting. I’m at a fairly new school, so I’m helping establish some of the nursing processes and organization from the ground up. I’d love to hear from other Texas school nurses about the resources, forms, websites, templates, and systems you actually use on a day-to-day basis.? One thing that makes my situation a little different is that the previous nurse did not document anything digitally, so I’m essentially trying to figure out a good system for moving forward and keeping things organized. I’m not necessarily looking for the fanciest software.
