I’m trying to renew my nursing license through the Texas Board of Nursing, but I’m having an issue with the education section of the renewal application. Everything else is filled out except my nursing program name, and the dropdown menu won’t let me edit the information or select my program. I can’t continue without entering it, and my license expires in about a month. I’m worried that this issue could prevent me from renewing on time and potentially affect my ability to work. I’ve already called the Texas Board of Nursing and sent them a message, but I haven’t been able to get this resolved yet. Is there anything else I should do or anyone else I should contact?
