My guac was scooped and tapped at least four times on the edge of the pan creating a less than stellar portion. I called it out and the employee stated, “I can give you extra but it will cost extra”. No shit, extra is extra but I just want the portion I’m paying for. I was caught off guard as I was just recalling a post not more than a week ago about guac portions and how many taps are required. I rolled the guac off the top of my lettuce, into the honey vinaigrette cup to make sure my eyes were not deceiving me.
