Rifleman V Teja from Odisha's Rayagada district died after being shot during operational duties in Nagaland. He was almost 31 years old and was due to marry on December 10. Teja was a brave soldier from the 15th Assam Rifles, and his death has caused deep sorrow. Both Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and Leader of Opposition Naveen Patnaik expressed their condolences.
