Phone and desktop calendars are great for reminders, but sometimes I just want to see an entire month or year in front of me, mark a few important dates, write something by hand, or print a clean calendar without having to create one from scratch. That was the idea behind Beta Calendars: https://www.betacalendars.com/ The site is focused on simple printable calendars that can be used for everyday planning rather than trying to turn a calendar into another complicated productivity app. Right now, the homepage is centered around the 2026 calendar, with quick access to the current and upcoming months and resources for people who prefer printable or blank calendars. Some of the situations I personally think printable calendars are still surprisingly useful for: planning a month before transferring important dates into digital tools keeping track of deadlines and due dates marking birthdays and anniversaries planning vacations and travel dates creating a family calendar for the wall tracking school or university schedules organizing work projects mapping out exercise or habit routines seeing several weeks at once without opening an app simply keeping a blank calendar on a desk for quick notes One of the things I wanted to avoid was making the site feel like a productivity system where you need an account, dashboard, subscription, notifications, or another app installed. Sometimes a calendar really just needs to be a calendar. I also find the yearly view useful because monthly digital calendars can make it surprisingly difficult to get a sense of how the entire year fits together. Seeing the months physically laid out makes vacations, deadlines, events, and longer projects much easier to visualize. I’m continuing to improve the site and the calendar resources, so I’d genuinely be interested in feedback from people who actually use printable calendars. What Would Make A Printable Calendar Resource More Useful For You? For example: more minimalist designs? more space for notes? different printable layouts? Monday-start calendars? yearly planning pages? blank calendars? different paper sizes? more monthly variations?
