BlackShark V3 Pro Wireless: was $249.99 now $208.99There's a lot to love about the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro, but my personal favorite is the HyperClear full-band 12 mm mic. Gaming headsets get a bad rep for poor microphone quality, but the BlackShark V3 Pro sounds outstanding.Key specs: 10 ms Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Gen 2 | Detachable 12 mm mic | Hybrid ANC | 50 mm TriForce Bio-Cellulose Gen 2 drivers | 2.4 GHz, Bluetooth, USB, 3.5 mm connectivity | THX Spatial Audio 7.1.4 surroundView DealI can always be entrusted with the task of talking badly about gaming headsets. I've had my fair share, and many have disappointed me. More than that, they've annoyed my gaming buddies to no end, because my voice always came out tinny. People were used to having to boost my volume to 200 on Discord, and I was used to having to talk loudly to be heard over the noise of my raging co-gamers.We have all the best Prime Day PC gaming deals hereSo maybe the problem was my mic in one headset, or maybe it was something else. I just wasn't a fan.Until I finally caved and bought myself the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro, which is currently $41 off at Amazon.FutureFutureFutureFutureFutureFutureFutureFutureThere's a lot to love about the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro. As mentioned, the new 12 mm mic is probably my favorite bit, although I'm not the one who benefits from it. The first time I hopped on Discord with this headset, my entire 25-person raid felt the need to comment on how "HD" I sounded all of a sudden. Others rushed to finally turn down my Discord volume (hopefully because the headset was great and not because I was annoying, but it could be both). Then, there's the way the headset sounds to me. These 50 mm TriForce Bio-Cellulose cans sound great, and I'm a wannabe audiophile, so I've been through my fair share of headphones and headsets alike. Razer Synapse may be an acquired taste, but I do enjoy being able to swap between modes depending on what I'm playing or doing, and I even wear this headset just to listen to music. That'll tell you how well it sounds, as some gaming headsets can be pretty awful outside of actual games - go figure. This headset is super sturdy, and although I consistently find new ways to throw it on the floor on accident, it never seems to hold it against me. I'm also loving the 70-hour battery life, which means I only ever have to charge it once every few days, even though I'm a power user.FutureFutureFutureMy one gripe with this headset was always that it was too expensive. I bought it soon after launch, and I told myself I'd return it if it wasn't great, because the price is steep. I didn't return it. It was too good. So, these short-lived Prime Day deals basically address my only problem with the Razer BlackShark V3 Pro, giving you a nice $41 discount to make the price easier to stomach. If I didn't regret buying it at full price, there's no way you'll regret getting it cheaper, so pick it up now while the sales last.👉 Check out all of Amazon's gaming headset deals 👈
