I have a twin sister, and she has always wanted a surprise party. I think always sharing your birthday makes the idea even more appealing. So when we turned 30, I arranged a small dinner with her that was actually a surprise party with all of her friends and our family. Before the party, she complained about where we were meeting, a lot😆 But when she showed up, she damn near cried. It wasn't about the food, the decor or even really the surprise. She was just touched by all of her people, showing up just for her. You friend honestly sounds like a spoiled asshole
