NIFTY50.....Trouble ahead?Nifty 50 IndexNSE_DLY:NIFTYruebennaseHello Traders, the NIFTY50 has advanced to a level of 24774 points and start a correction thereafter. It shows weakness to 24366 (Friday's close) and on this way it has achived my price target around the 24315-24281. I' d forecast the coming 2-3 sessions to make new high's and than start a correction. In fact it was just 2-3 candles (3 hor basis) to start a corrective move! Anyway! Tonight I' d like to focus your view to an ETF that is invested in India stocks and is tradable also in Germany via „XETRA“ stock exchange! (Type in the Ticker-symbol:“FLXI“ to view the stock)! Here to see the fact, that the ETF shows weakness and is in a sloopy, overlapping wave circle. Recall that I have counted (no EW-count) a wedge some weeks ago and I have shown you 5-6 dips to end a correction within a possible b/x-wave and start a wave c/y that send the ETF to new lows. But first of all, we need to see a „BoS“ that probably announces a change in trend direction. That means a new lower low need to be set, with a pullback to or around the area of €36.65. From here weakness is coming back and set the price below the level of the first low that of cours has to be establish! A first good hint for the end of a wave b/x would be a penetration of the lower red trendline on a closing price with strong selling pressure in the back. A first target for the correction would be a test of the FVG (green rectangle) at the 50% centerline at or around €34.85 (note the € price target)! View the level of €40.- were a „strong high“ was forecast by the SMC-Indicator on October 2025 and it hasn't been seen since. The bulls need a strong move to and above the area of €36.765 to change the bearish view. Here, if so to come, a „ChoCh“ could be in the cards again.
