That move corrected a significant portion of the prior bearish leg and just tapped into a major resistance zone. This is a key decision point. At this level, I’m not interested in chasing longs. Price is extended into resistance and has already shown rejection. So, if buyers fail to reclaim this zone and price starts to stall below 4,400, I expect price to move toward 4,250. For longs to remain valid, price must reclaim this level and build structure above it. Without that, upside continuation is weak. Until one side clearly proves control, this remains a wait-and-react area.
