Juddmonte's Item (Frankel) is now Timeform's highest-rated three-year-old currently in training after his narrow tally in the G1 Juddmonte International at York on Wednesday.He increased his Timeform rating from 123p to 128p. This puts him one up on Juddmonte International third Constitution River (Wootton Bassett) at 127.
