Songwriter and musician Dokta Brain has revealed that promoters have not yet fully embraced him as a performer, saying many still view him primarily as a songwriter.Dokta Brain, who is preparing for his maiden concert next month, said the decision to hold the show was largely driven by demand from his fans, despite the event being staged at a relatively small venue. Speaking to Galaxy TV, he explained that he and his team are funding the concert without the backing of a major sponsor. We have organized it with my team, it’s not like we have a sponsor for it. It’s me, my team and insiders who are buying the early bird tickets, funding for others who are still analyzing. The artist said his concert is also intended to challenge the perception that he is only a songwriter and prove that he can deliver as a headline performer. He believes starting with smaller shows will help him build confidence, attract promoters and gradually prepare himself for larger crowds.Dokta Brain reveals song titles are the hardest part of songwritingI want to show them how it can look like if you organize me such that when I turn down a show, you understand. It’s why I want to be organizing small events so that those people get used to me and I also stop the fears of a big crowd.Dokta Brain added that he is using the upcoming concert as a learning experience, with hopes of becoming more comfortable performing before larger audiences. He projects that if about 1,000 fans attend the Skyz event, he could personally interact with a significant portion of them, making it easier for him to recognize and connect with his audience at future shows. @galaxytv_ug Promoters Haven’t Believed In Me Yet As A Performer. — Dokta Brain #JikonkoneRewind ♬ original sound – Galaxy TV 𝐉𝐢𝐤𝐨𝐧𝐤𝐨𝐧𝐞!
