I’ve built this copy tool for espacially native windows users because I couldn’t exclude some files / folders with copy-item, but I think people didn’t find it usefull. Anyways, I am still trying to improve it maybe someone can find a use for it. Skip-Existing and Update Flags -s skips files already at the destination by name + size (resume an interrupted copy), and -u copies only files that are newer than the destination (re-run the same command, only changed files copy).
