The thermal engineering and specialised cable manufacturer is looking to raise Rs 650 crore through the IPO, which will remain open until August 24, 2026. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 32 lakh shares worth Rs 95 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.85 crore shares worth Rs 555 crore.
