Pepperstone’s CCO and UK CEO Rob Bowen Departs after Seven Years

Pepperstone’s Chief Commercial Officer, Rob Bowen, departed from his role with the broker last Friday after spending over seven years there. He was also the Chief Executive Officer at the broker’s FCA-regulated UK arm.The broker confirmed to Finance Magnates that despite the exit, Bowen will remain with the group until the end of the year in an advisory capacity.“During his tenure as Chief Commercial Officer, Rob has played an important role in the company's growth, strengthening commercial capabilities, expanding our global footprint, and supporting the development of high-performing teams across multiple regions,” a Pepperstone spokesperson told Finance Magnates.A Seasoned CFD ExecutiveBowen joined Pepperstone in mid-2019 to head its UK unit, but became the group’s Chief Operating Officer as well within months. He took over as the Chief Commercial Officer in mid-2025.It, however, remains unclear who would replace Bowen as the broker’s Commercial Chief or its UK head.Bowen's appointment was significant as he joined Pepperstone from IG, spending almost a decade there. He departed the London-listed broker as the Commercial Director. Before that, he spent eight years at GNI.His next career move after Pepperstone remains unknown.Many Hires at PepperstonePepperstone, meanwhile, continues to strengthen its workforce with leadership hires.
