Right?! That stuck out to me too. They are currently going through hard times, they can't pay for their daughter's schooling, but they somehow still have $17k to pay for their son's schooling. Like, what? Pull the son out of uber "elite" school and send them both to public school. Like everyone keeps saying, the public schools there are very good. And with the money they save, they can put the kids in all kinds of enrichment programs.
