Nasdaq-100 Short-Term UpdateUS Tech 100 IndexPEPPERSTONE:NAS100crispinj Today’s immediate target zone is 29,700–29,800, but my broader short-term bias remains bearish. Additional context: - Private-credit stress is increasing as troubled loans continue to swell. According to an FT analysis, signs of strain have returned to levels last seen in 2017. - Yesterday, Nvidia recorded approximately $5 million in bearish options flow, which could create additional pressure on Nasdaq in the near term. - August–September seasonality has historically been less favorable and more volatile for technology stocks. Unless price invalidates the bearish structure by reclaiming and holding above key resistance, I still see 27,000 as a possible downside objective. I’m preserving cash and preparing for a potential October–December year-end rally. For now, I remain tactically bearish while waiting for better long-term entries. This is a market view, not financial advice. Price confirmation and risk management remain essential.
