Sharnbasva University signs MoU with Eduphoenix Solutions - The HinduUpdated - August 14, 2026 07:33 pm IST - KALABURAGISecretary of the Sharanabasaveshwar Vidya Vardhak Sangha, Basavaraj Deshmukh, and Eduphoenix Solutions director Garvit Garg exchanging the MoU in the presence of Sharnbasva University Vice-Chancellor Anilkumar Bidve and others in Kalaburagi. | Photo Credit: ARUN KULKARNISharnbasva University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bengaluru-based Eduphoenix Solutions to provide internship opportunities, practical training, and exposure to real-time organisational and business practices to BBA students of the university’s Faculty of Business Studies.The MoU was signed to strengthen academic-industry collaboration and provide students of the Department of BBA, formerly Sharnabasaveshwar College of Business Management, with opportunities for experiential learning and skill development.Secretary of the Sharanabasaveshwar Vidya Vardhak Sangha, Basavaraj Deshmukh, and Eduphoenix Solutions director Garvit Garg exchanged the signed MoU at the chambers of the Vice-Chancellor. Earlier, University Registrar Lakshmi Patil Maka had signed the MoU on behalf of the university, while Mr. Garg signed on behalf of Eduphoenix Solutions. Vice-Chancellor Anilkumar Bidve, Registrar (Evaluation) S.H. Honnalli, Chairperson of the BBA Department Shashikant S.K. and other university officials were present.Mr. Deshmukh said the MoU would help fine-tune the skills of the BBA students and help provide them with hands-on industry training during their internships.Under the partnership, students will get opportunities for internships and industrial visits, as well as guest lectures, workshops, seminars and other collaborative activities aimed at enhancing their knowledge and skills. The MoU also provides a framework for knowledge sharing, experiential learning, skill development, and improved career opportunities through industry-academia collaboration.Eduphoenix Solutions will provide eligible BBA students with practical exposure to business administration, organisational practices and management, including functional areas such as human resources, marketing, finance, operations, and general administration.
