Strong leg-out, no retest since, price back at the zone. The zone also sits where a potential right-shoulder high of a daily head-and-shoulders would form. Before this becomes interesting, two conditions: 1) The arrival into the zone. A fast, decisive move in is good. Slow stair-stepping into the zone is weak. The arrival tells me whether the zone is being respected or grinded through. 2) Valuation at 75 or above, meaning expensive by my gauge. We are not there yet. The idea gets stronger the closer price gets to the zone while the gauge keeps climbing. Right now this is a watch list, not a trigger. Strong arrival, zone holds, gauge expensive: that is the asymmetry I am waiting for. Zone fails: the idea is dead. No entry, no target from me. Structure, then levels, then risk.
