ScreenshotJoe Kernen and Rick Santelli unloaded on Democrats, and specifically targeted serial fearmonger Sen. Elizabeth Warren, after the latest economic numbers showed continued strength, with inflation remaining under control and GDP delivering real growth despite the nonstop hysteria over tariffs.Kernen didn’t hold back:“The left and people that don’t like the president and don’t want things to work. And, you know, Senator Elizabeth Warren will come on and say, “Inflation’s out of control, and the economy is getting killed by what’s happening—by these tariffs.” This—3%, with the market at new highs—and, really, we haven’t seen inflation, you know, go back up to 3%. Maybe it will this week. Maybe we’ll see it. But none of these things—none of these horrible things—have happened, yet they still talk like they’re happening. It’s amazing.”Rick Santelli piled on:“Well, the important—there’s an important lesson there: don’t pick a congressman to be your money manager. That’s what I would say. But, in the end, Congress has its own reasons to point out certain things. And the Democrats, of course, as you pointed out, really don’t want to see the current administration have some success. But there’s no doubt that this is some success. We’re seeing more horsepower. We’re seeing better equities. Inflation— inflation really hasn’t changed much in the last year or so.”HOLY CRAP : CNBC is currently MOCKING the CRAP out of Democrats and Elizabeth Warren after the latest inflation and strong GDP report.“The left, the people who don’t like the president, don’t want things to work. Bloomberg News reported that the annual core figure matched the slowest pace since March 2021 and that energy, gas and grocery prices all fell on the month. The report arrives as the Federal Reserve considers whether to raise interest rates. The central bank has held rates steady all year even as inflation has run above its 2 percent target, according to the New York Times. The Fed will receive one more inflation reading before its next meeting in mid-September.NPR News reported that the smaller annual increase makes it less likely the Fed will feel the need to raise rates in September. Financial markets put the odds of the Federal Open Market Committee holding rates steady at that meeting at 55.9 percent as of Wednesday morning, according to the CME FedWatch tool, The Hill reported. It can be recalled that inflation quickly surged and hit 9.1% in June 2022 under the Biden regime (the highest in about 40 years). Here are the monthly/annual year-over-year rates Joe Biden’s first two years in office.2021: 1.4%, 1.7%, 2.6%, 4.2%, 5.0%, 5.4%, 5.4%, 5.3%, 5.4%, 6.2%, 6.8%, 7.0% (annual average ~4.7%).2022: 7.5%, 7.9%, 8.5%, 8.3%, 8.6%, 9.1%, 8.5%, 8.3%, 8.2%, 7.7%, 7.1%, 6.5% (annual average 8.0%).The inflation rate was 8.3% at this time during Biden’s autopen presidency. The post CNBC MOCKS Democrats and Elizabeth Warren After Strong GDP and Inflation Report — “NONE of These Horrible Things Have Happened” appeared first on The Gateway Pundit.
