Ungraded is when the card has not been given a grade from an organization such as PSA or TAG. They rate/grade the card based on wear, print defects etc, then the card is either more or less valuable based on its grade. A 10/10 perfect card is worth more than the 7/10, the price is usually parabolic to reflect the quality.
