...there's a lot of hubris in young, inexperienced riders. They are teenagers after all, it's part and parcel of being a teenager to think they are immortal Sure, go ahead and call me out like that!! :) But seriously - you're spot on and that was 100% me, except it continued well into my 20's...and 30's, and maybe a little bit now in my 40's!
