I mean thr "must take all" part is probably so people don't just offer for a handful of stuff. Like it would be annoying if people kept messaging about a handful of items and only offering enough for them. If somwone wants to pay for the whole lot and then only take a handful the aeller probably wouldn't be as annoyed and would probably just trash the rest.
