A woman who converted to Islam five years ago was arrested to an ISIS-inspired plot to bomb the New York State Capitol building in Albany.Jessica Bowie, 35, told a confidential source between July17 and August 17 that she wanted to do something to “harm the enemies of god.”According to the complaint, Bowie created several social media accounts to express her support for Islamic terrorism.The social media accounts were “frequently suspended by providers for violating their terms of use.” Bowie lived two miles away from the New York State Capitol, according to the complaint.
