LINK - Accumulation Process Complete ChainLink / TetherUSBINANCE:LINKUSDTVIAQUANTLINK's market structure looks incredible following what the crypto market has seen across the board with the recent breakout. This idea builds off my last one, so if you have not read it yet, here is the LINK, no pun intended :) The Accumulation Process It appears LINK has finished its accumulation process, and let me explain why. On February 2, 2026, LINK created a low in price at $7.15, while simultaneously creating a low on the RSI right at oversold conditions around 30. This also occurred right at the heartline of the parallel channel that has defined LINK's macro accumulation range. Then, in June 2026, LINK created a lower low in price at $7, while the RSI printed a higher low at 34. This shows that even as price pushed lower, trend momentum was beginning to build, forming a bullish divergence on the weekly timeframe. With that test of $7, LINK once again visited the heartline of the parallel channel, creating what I would consider a double bottom, even though price dipped slightly below the February low. Since then, price has broken above the accumulation channel and reached the same high as its local high back in May 2026. Two Scenarios From Here This is where things become interesting, and where I want to offer some predictive modeling. In my view, there are two scenarios from this point. Scenario A would see price get rejected from here and revisit the $8.50 range, forming a potential right shoulder. This would build the perfect structure for an inverse head and shoulders pattern. Once price rebounds and breaks the neckline around $11, it would set up the explosive breakout toward the upper dotted line. Scenario B would be that this is actually a W pattern forming, with price already close to breaking the neckline at $11 and beginning the breakout toward the upper dotted line without the additional right shoulder retest. Both scenarios remain valid at this time. I still expect a cool off period, so I lean more toward Scenario A playing out, but I am absolutely keeping an eye out in case Scenario B ends up being the one that unfolds instead.
