GVMC steps up preparations for corporation elections - The HinduPublished - August 20, 2026 11:35 pm IST - VISAKHAPATNAMGreater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) Commissioner Ketan Garg on Thursday directed officials to prepare a comprehensive action plan for the forthcoming corporation elections and complete all arrangements well in advance.At a review meeting held at the GVMC, Mr. Garg asked officials to follow the orders and guidelines issued by the State government and the State Election Commission.
