Yea it's in Kimberley BC which is a rural, rugged mountain town in Canada about an 11 hour drive inland from the coast. It's pretty isolated. Nice if you're into outdoor rec though. BC rental market is overpriced as a whole, although I don't think $2000/mo (at $500/wk) is much of a discount from the actual going market rental price. That house could maybe rent to tenants for $2500-3k per month, just doing quick judgment and not seeing the inside
