An urgent appeal has been issued to help locate 16-year-old Arsene, who has been reported missing after last being seen in Iklin.According to an appeal shared by his family, Arsene was last seen on Triq Ċensu Busuttil in Iklin at around midnight.He is described as tall and was reportedly wearing a black T-shirt, shorts and Crocs when he was last seen.His family said that Arsene is autistic and speaks English rather than Maltese, adding that he may appear lost or disoriented. Anyone who comes across him is being asked to approach him calmly and speak to him in English.A report has also been filed with the police, while relatives are urging people in Iklin and surrounding areas to keep an eye out and share the appeal.Anyone with information that could help locate Arsene is urged to contact the police immediately or get in touch with his family on 99327901.His family stressed that even seemingly minor information could prove useful in bringing him home safely.Please share and help spread the word.•
