Air India is offloading six Airbus A319 aircraft, built between 2003 and 2006, as part of its fleet rationalisation. Skytech-AIC, a UK-based firm, has been appointed to manage the sale of these narrowbody jets, which will be offered without their engines. This move aligns with Air India's ongoing fleet transformation and modernisation strategy under the Tata Group, as the airline phases out older planes to make way for new-generation aircraft.
