It shows that bearish momentum has weakened, and the recent bounce confirms that the market has reacted to this divergence. However, divergence alone does not confirm a new bull leg. BTC still needs to reclaim important moving averages and form a clear higher high / higher low structure. ## Bearish Side The broader price structure is still not fully bullish. BTC remains below key EMAs, and the previous bearish flag structure has not been completely invalidated. Time analysis also suggests that the correction may still need more time before a durable bottom is confirmed. In our view, there is only a **20%–30% probability** that the final bottom is already in place. The higher-probability scenario is that BTC may still slide toward lower levels before forming a more durable bottom. ## Outlook The bullish divergence is still in play, but it should be treated as an early warning signal, not a confirmed reversal.
