INS Sanshodhak, the Indian Navy's fourth Survey Vessel Large, has arrived in Kochi, its new home port. Commissioned in Kolkata by Prime Minister Modi, this indigenously built ship boasts advanced hydrographic and oceanographic systems. Beyond its primary survey role, Sanshodhak can support disaster relief and function as a hospital ship, significantly boosting India's maritime capabilities and strategic reach.
