Toddler dies after being run over by tempo traveller - The HinduPublished - July 05, 2026 09:47 pm IST - THIRUVANANTHAPURAMA three-year-old toddler died after being run over by a tempo traveller at the Kumbichal Kadavu Bridge in Amboori on Sunday. The deceased was identified as Rithuveda, a native of Kuttiyanikadu. According to the police, the tempo traveller had been parked on the bridge while a group of passengers got down. The vehicle allegedly moved ahead due to a suspected malfunctioning of the handbrake. The child as well as her mother Nisha were injured in the accident.
