Dev Prabhakar Singh Tomar secured All India Rank 629 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination 2025 after several setbacks. An IIT Ropar Electrical Engineering graduate, Tomar had worked in the Netherlands before quitting his job to prepare for UPSC. His journey took him through multiple failed attempts, a teaching job in Delhi and renewed preparation before finally clearing the examination.
